Acelya, who was assigned to my case, was fantastic from our first correspondence on WhatsApp. She helped every step of the way and was available 24hrs to help or answer any questions before, during, and post-procedure. The rest of the team were always very welcoming and attentive, answering any and all questions, as well as offering killer Turkish Tea on demand.
